Our all-in-one solution birthday parties are ideal for busy families! Let us handle all the details FOR you!!!

Parties! From cake to invitations, we take the ball and run with it. You sit back and relax knowing that our party planners have it all under control. Here’s how our parties works…

You call us and select the theme for your birthday party, provide a mailing list of your invitees, select cake and ice cream flavors, your choice of soft drinks or juices, date and time, and we do the rest!

WHAT YOU GET
  • Our downtown studio decorated according to your choice of theme. (see themes available below!)
  • Two dedicated party hosts to meet and greet your party.
  • Themed party table, decor, and gift bags for each child.
  • Custom decorated cake plus ice cream and soft drink or juice for each child.
  • Costumed characters from your selected theme entertain the party-goers and lead singing for the birthday honoree.
  • Games and activities led by your party hosts and costumed characters.
  • Leftover cake/ice cream packaged to go home with you.
  • Photos and party video to take home and enjoy the memories.
WHAT YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO

Anything! We do it all for you based upon our initial party planning meeting with you. When your party is over, you go home and leave all the clean-up to US!

  • Dr. Seuss $300.00 (Cat in the Hat, Horton, and Jojo appear)
  • Cinderella  $250.00 (Cinderella and Prince Charming in person!)
  • Spiderman $200.00 (Spiderman in person!)
  • G.I. Joe $200.00 (Two costumed G.I. Joe characters)
  • Little Mermaid $300.00 (Ariel in person!)
  • Transformers $300.00 (Two Transformers appear)

HOW DO I BOOK MY PARTY?

Simple! Call The Music Studio of Warrensburg at 660-362-1575 and ask to speak to our party planning team! We’ll get basic information from you and give you a proposal to make your party exactly what you would like it to be!

THE TERMS AND DETAILS…

We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of your party at the time of booking. The balance of your party charges are due one week before your schedule party. If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your party, please notify us in writing and by phone no later than Monday of the week of your party. We will work with you to reschedule your party if circumstances require a change of date. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card (preferred).
