How much are private lessons?

Private lessons range in price from $17 to $20 for a 30-minute lesson. Tuition is up to the individual teacher.

What’s your refund policy?

Return any non-consumable merchandise –no questions asked–within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on opened boxes of reeds or other supplies. Books/workbooks must not have been written in. Tuition for lessons is generally non-refundable except in very extenuating circumstances.

Can you order special music or supplies for me?

Yes! We’re happy to do special orders for you. Shipping charges will be added to your final total for items that we do not normally keep in stock. We will ship your package anywhere in the United States that can accept deliveries, unfortunately we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions during normal business hours. Our phones are answered from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. daily on weekdays, 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday. Please… No Sunday phone calls and thank you!

My child is interested in music or theatre lessons, but isn’t 100% sure. Do you have a trial lesson program?

Of course! We want you and your child to find the best teacher-student fit for you. If you’re sitting on the fence about whether to sign your child up for lessons, a free demo lesson is an ideal way to get started. Just give us a phone call and we’ll get you scheduled!
